Delivery Rates & Times
Viiking Music offers affordable and fast delivery to all EU countries and Nordics. Free of charge delivery with Parcel Connect available on orders over € 299.00 euro value and DHL Economy express on orders over € 399.00 value. Within the European Union all orders are shipped with Parcel Connect / DHL in 2-5 days. Free delivery on orders as indicated on payment options / shopping basket per shipment.
DHL Woldwide Express deliveries with flight cargo are possible to choose with surcharge, then you only pay the difference of the shipping price, that is automatically calculated on payment options / shopping basket per shipment. Please note that DHL Woldwide Express has a flight cargo surcharge for packages exceeding 120 cm in length. If your shipping charge appears high in such case, please consult us in advance, we can always find alternative methods.
Please note: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, for items that are not-in-stock we will contact you for further information and an additional period of 2-3 weeks might be added to your total delivery time once you have accepted it.

The Parcel Connect product is realized in cooperation with DHL and Bring.Together with its affiliates, Posti has created a network covering more than 47,500 service points throughout Europe. Posti produces the Parcel Connect deliveries in four countries: In addition to Finland, Posti has constructed an Itella Parcel Shop pickup point network in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The service includes returns of undeliverable items and customer returns.

For unwanted items:
If you want to return your item, please contact our store first to establish a return ticket, then return any items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, that the items must be in its original condition and/or unopened. We cannot accept returns of purchases of sealed items, such as software products, if the item has been unsealed. We cannot accept the return of digital download items. When we receive back the items, we will issue you a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the unwanted items, but that the total purchase will be refunded in line with EU Refund Rights Law.
Damaged or incorrectly sent items:
Return any items if it has been damaged or incorrectly sent by addressing to the returns address after contacting our store for return ticket. When we receive back the items, we will issue you a full refund including the cost of returning the item. Please outline the damage or delivery error in writing on the order summary included with the return so that we can approve a refund of your return costs in line with EU Refund Rights Law.
How to return your items:
To successfully return an item simply describe the reason for return; unwanted, damaged as described, incorrect as described in writing on the order summary and return to our original shipping address.
